1. Refunds

We only accept refund requests in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product does not correspond to the order placed.

  • You did not receive your order after the estimated delivery time*.

*Delivery times may vary depending on the package carrier and region. We will notify you if there are any delays due to external causes.


2. Conditions for applying for a refund

For your application to be valid:

  • You must report the problem within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in optimal condition (if applicable).

  • Evidence (photo or video) of the problem must be sent to the email:

3. Products not eligible for refund

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product.

  • The product was used, mishandled, or damaged by the customer.

  • Personalized, thermal or hygiene products (for health reasons).

  • The address provided was incorrect or incomplete, and the package could not be delivered.


4. Refund procedure

  2. We will evaluate your case within a maximum of 3 to 5 business days .

  3. If your application is approved:

    • We will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used.

    • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.


5. Non-refundable shipments

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on CalmyStitchy's part (wrong or defective product).
